 Bio 

I am a registered & fully qualified BioKinesiology & Reflexology Health Care Practitioner with a Masters in Clinical Chemistry.

Since a very young age, I have always been interested in how the human body works, and my curiosity about how diseases and disorders affect the body led me to pursue a master’s degree in Biomedical Science where I learned about health care and various medical conditions.  

After finishing college, I began a career in the Medical Device Industry designing & developing Diagnostic Kits for hospitals, pharmaceuticals, and research laboratories.  What I enjoyed most about this industry was working with people and helping and guiding others to solve problems.   

After 16 years of experience in this field, I wanted to use my scientific and health care knowledge in new ways to help others feel better in an environment away from the stresses of everyday life. Having experienced conditions such as PCOS and IBS I discovered the benefits that complementary therapies can bring to your life. 

As reflexology is a fascinating science that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet, which correspond to the organs, muscles, bones, nerves, lymph nodes, and glands of the body it was the perfect mix of science and health care, so I took the opportunity in 2020 to train as a Reflexologist.

My passion for Biochemistry & helping others lead me to completing a diploma in BioKinesiology in 2022. BioKinesiology focuses on health conditions affecting many people today, and uses traditional Kinesiology muscle testing techniques to determine the causes. Some of the common health problems that BioKinesiology can help with include, digestive conditions, toxins, aches & pains and emotional issues.
