Reflexology is well established as a top complementary therapy.

Reflexology is a safe, relaxing, and natural healing therapy that treats the whole person not just the specific organ or problem area.

It entails the use of pressure on points of the feet to pinpoint and treat ailments. It works on the principle that reflex points on the feet corresponds with, or to, every part of the body. By working on these areas, the Reflexologist can detect and correct blockages in the energy pathway, so allowing for them to be released or cleared. The objective is to induce a state of balance and harmony in the body and stimulate the body’s own healing process.

Reflexology helps to manage many common ailments and can provide much-needed relief from the day-to-day stresses of modern life both physically and emotionally.
